Financial Reports

In Israel, associations are required to submit annual reports to maintain transparency and compliance, according to the guidelines of the Registrar of Associations in the Ministry of Justice. Failure to submit these reports, or even a delay in submitting them, can lead to a suspension of funding for the association, various demands from the association, and other problems.

Our office assists these organizations in preparing key documents, including:

  • Audited balance sheet
  • Form 1215: A document submitted to the Tax Authority accompanied by the audited balance sheet.
  • Reports to the Registrar of Associations.

Every year, all associations operating in Israel are required to submit annual reports to the Tax Authority and the Registrar of Associations in order to continue receiving approvals for their activities. It is important to enlist the help of an experienced accountant who will assist the association in preparing annual reports, and generally, in all financial activities.
